This package is for entry level clients. If you have minimal to no strength training experience this package will introduce you to the fundamental strength training program.

Purchase up to three months of training at this discounted price. After 3 months of training 1:1 2 times per week you'll learn every strength training exercise that Dynastride recommends.

Sessions never expire. Missed sessions will be accommodated and rescheduled free of charge.

Now that you know how to do all of the required exercises with the correct form, its time to maximize performance and integrate them into your weekly running routine.

This is a more customized training program and it comes with a 1 month online training plan that syncs directly to your Garmin watch.

Sessions never expire. Missed sessions will be accommodated and rescheduled free of charge.

You are welcome and invited to join long runs, tempo runs and speed development intervals with Dynastride’s athletes. Welcome to the team!

Tiers 3 and 4 are offered at significantly reduced rates because they require a minimum of 3 months of advance payment. This upfront commitment allows us to lower the training costs, providing you with a more affordable option for long-term success.
